HALOX Co. publishes Car Floor. The name Reed has been used as a byline for the site’s notes. It does not establish professional qualifications or an expert review. The pages identify the publisher; they do not claim a named mechanic has inspected the car or reviewed the article.

Four lanes sit in the menu. How it’s built explains parts and systems. Paperwork covers stickers, recalls, titles, and the fine print. New cars discusses visible design details; a photograph-based note is not a road test. Not the same explains the difference between labels people swap.

The pages are for a general reader in the United States who wants the plain version. They are not a mechanic’s procedure, not legal advice, and not buying advice. We stay with the car — not loans, taxes, or stock tips. If a page and the label on your vehicle disagree, keep the label.

Sources and corrections

The 146 articles in the October 11, 2026 archive review link primary references near the claims they support and list them with a checked date. Mechanical explanations use manufacturer technical information; paperwork notes identify the state or federal rule they discuss. New-car notes distinguish model years, markets, trims, prototypes and planned launches when the source does. These are source-based explanations, not firsthand vehicle tests or professional certifications.

Retained images carry file-specific source, creator and reuse-term links. The Image credits page also covers images shown in article previews. Uncertain reproductions have been omitted. A manufacturer photograph does not by itself support a mechanical explanation or grant a Creative Commons license. References can change after the checked date, and a photograph cannot certify the condition or configuration of another vehicle.
