The 2026 Volvo EX90 still wears Thor’s Hammer
The 2026 Volvo EX90 still parks with Thor’s Hammer lamps. The sealed face and that T of LEDs are the sidewalk tell.
The hammer is already lit. On the 2026 Volvo EX90 it is Thor’s Hammer — a T of LEDs laid into a sealed face, no mouth of mesh under the iron mark. Three-row SUV. Low nose. From a U.S. sidewalk that is the name.

The lamps do the naming. Each housing is a hammerhead: a horizontal bar of daytime LEDs that drops a vertical stroke at the outer corner. Between them the fascia stays shut. Air goes under the bumper. A lidar sits in the roof like a quiet bump. Plus and Ultra share that closed face. Single Motor or Twin Motor Performance, same stamp. Charleston builds it. Do not read the sealed panel as a motor count.

The tail signed the same paper. Vertical lamps climb the glass, then jog inboard across the lid. VOLVO is the stamp. From thirty feet the hammer already named it.
